Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and MakeMeLitFX LLC (“MakeMeLitFX LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “MMLFX”), governing your access to and use of the website at mmlfx.com, the MMLFX platform, and all related content, features, software, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Risk Disclosure & Disclaimer, and our No-Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

MMLFX is a private educational platform that publishes research, written analysis, audio, video, indicators, and time-cycle observations relating to the financial markets. The Service is operated by MakeMeLitFX LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of California, United States.

MMLFX is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, futures commission merchant, swap dealer, or registered representative of any of the foregoing. The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at mmlfx360@gmail.com of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.

Access to the Service is provided through a paid subscription. By starting a subscription, you authorize MakeMeLitFX LLC (and its payment processors, including Stripe, Inc.) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current rate for your plan, until you cancel.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected).
• You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
• Prices, plans, and features may change. Material price changes will be notified before they take effect on your next renewal.
• Founding-cohort pricing, where offered, is a rate-lock benefit tied to a continuous, paid subscription on the same plan; lapsing or downgrading may forfeit the lock.

All sales are final. MakeMeLitFX LLC does not offer refunds, credits, or partial refunds for any subscription period, used or unused, except where required by applicable law. See our No-Refund Policy for details.

All content published on the Service — including time signals, anticipated market-turn windows, library entries, podcast episodes, indicators, written commentary, and any communications from MMLFX — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not personalized investment advice, a recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, futures contract, foreign-exchange position, derivative, cryptocurrency, or other financial instrument.

No fiduciary, advisory, or brokerage relationship is created between you and MMLFX by your use of the Service. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions, and you should consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction before acting on anything you read, hear, or see on the Service. All content on the Service — including text, graphics, audio, video, indicators, software, charts, methodology, branding, and the “MMLFX” mark — is owned by MakeMeLitFX LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual-property laws.

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms and payment of all fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own private, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, broadcast, stream, or publicly display any content;
• resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service or any content;
• share your account credentials with any other person;
• scrape, crawl, mirror, or use any automated means to access the Service;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any indicator or software;
• remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice; or
• use the content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any machine-learning model.

You agree not to use the Service in a way that violates any law, infringes anyone's rights, harasses or harms others, transmits malware, interferes with the Service's operation or security, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data.

The Service relies on third-party providers (including, without limitation, Stripe for payment processing, Cloudflare for hosting and content delivery, and Resend for transactional email). The Service may also embed or link to third-party content (charts, brokers, data providers). MakeMeLitFX LLC is not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of any third-party service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if continued access poses a legal or operational risk. On termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 6, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, and 15) will survive termination.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” with all faults and without warranty of any kind. MakeMeLitFX LLC disclaims all warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that any signal, forecast, or analysis will be accurate, or that any outcome will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will MakeMeLitFX LLC, its members, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, or licensors be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, trading capital, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the Service, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid MakeMeLitFX LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MakeMeLitFX LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your trading or investment decisions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS in accordance with its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, conducted in English in a venue mutually agreed (or, failing agreement, in California). Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You and MakeMeLitFX LLC each waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. Claims may be brought only on an individual basis.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in California for the protection of intellectual-property rights or confidential information.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date and version number above will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by email or by an in-product notice and will require re-acceptance. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure & Disclaimer, and No-Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and MakeMeLitFX LLC with respect to the Service.
