Chain Sharpening
Every tooth taken to the same angle and the same length, rakers filed down to match. Bring the saw or bring the loop — either way it goes back on cutting straight instead of pulling to one side.

Leave it on the maple. Take your half of the tag. Most jobs are done before you finish your errands.

What you read on this wall is what gets written on the tag and what you pay at the counter. Cash or card. No shop fee, no minimum, no drop-off charge.

Every tooth taken to the same angle and the same length, rakers filed down to match. Bring the saw or bring the loop — either way it goes back on cutting straight instead of pulling to one side.
Ground back to a clean edge and balanced before it leaves the bench. A dull blade tears grass and shakes a deck apart; a balanced one is quieter the second you drop the throttle.
Table saw, miter, panel blades — each tooth touched on the face and top, hook and grind kept to the original profile. Price runs with the tooth count; we read it at the counter and tell you before we start.
Kitchen knives, shop shears, pruners, fabric scissors. Small jobs, small wait — hand one across on a slow morning and it's often back to you before you get to the parking lot.
Line 05 — How It Works
You set the tool on the maple. Your last name goes on a manila tag in soft pencil, the number in red china marker, and the tag gets torn — half on the tool, half in your pocket. That's the whole system, and it hasn't changed since 1987.
No appointment, no drop-off form, no account to make. Landscapers come through at seven with a milk crate of chains and pick them up on the way back from the second job. Gardeners come Saturday with one blade and wait on the bench.
Same-day is the promise, not the upsell. If something is going to take longer — a badly nicked carbide, a blade that needs a new tooth — you hear it at the counter before we write the tag.
Dull steel in at nine. An edge that bites by lunch.

Line 08 — Drop-off & Pickup
There's no contact form here because there isn't one in the shop either. Call and someone at the counter picks up — same person who'll write your tag. If it rings through, the wheel is running; try again in a few minutes.
